For the assembly of paired flanges, the bolt holes of the later installed flanges should be aligned with the corresponding bolt holes of the fixed flanges, and should be parallel to the fixed flanges, with the deviation not greater than 1.5‰ of the outer diameter of the flange, and not greater than 2mm.

Maintenance: During maintenance, ensure that the flange contact surface is always clean. Check the condition of bolts and gaskets regularly to ensure that they are intact and not worn. If any damaged or worn parts are found, they should be replaced promptly.
Maintenance: During maintenance, the flange should be lubricated regularly to prevent it from rusting or sticking. Check the bolts and nuts of the flange to make sure they are tight and not loose. If any loose or damaged parts are found, they should be tightened or replaced promptly.
